Sufaan is a Halal Meats business based in Watford. We specialise in the production of halal, fresh, premium quality sausages, burgers & meat products in beef, lamb and chicken varieties, using quality, fresh British meats, in the range of 74-80% meat content.
Though based on traditional South African recipes, our seasonings are bespoke and unique. These were developed in conjunction with our marinate suppliers. To this we add herbs (coriander, mint, tarragon etc.) according to the meat variety in use. Our products are therefore of premium quality, succulent and very tasty. All our products are vacuum sealed or heat sealed in a modified atmosphere pack (MAP) to prolong freshness and shelf life.
We pride ourselves on having the equipment and expertise to create new ranges of products specific to our customer’s needs. We supply to a range of customers, large retail, small and large catering suppliers and personal customers.
Our goal is to provide high quality meat products tailored to our customer’s needs and specifications.
Using only the freshest halal meats along with our bespoke seasonings, we have created unique recipes with a South African influence to develop a range of products which are second to none.

This Summer, we are bringing a new Range specifically for BBQs
With strong family connections in Cape Town, South Africa we started producing sausages at home with South African sourced spices, using a hand sausage machine. This gave me an idea to produce sausages for the growing UK demand, particularly amongst the younger Muslim population.
After over 30 years in the IT Industry, it was time to take early retirement and take a leap in the meat Industry. Sufaan is a start of a new journey in producing and supplying premium quality meat products for discerning customers both, personal and retail.

As the name suggests, it's a cut that comes from the backside of a cow, an area which works hard. So even though rump steak won't be quite as tender as sirloin, it will more than make up for it with a deep, mineral savouriness.
Sirloin steak is often a steak lover's favourite cut. This premium cut comes from the hindquarter of the animal and is extremely tender. It is perfectly suited to be sautéed, grilled or pan fried. Firm in texture, with a rich flavour, it has a juicy and melt-in-your mouth taste.
The "Filet Mignon" is a french word meaning “Tender Fillet” or “Fine Fillet” and is a cut of beef that is taken from the smaller end of the tenderloin, or psoas major muscle on the cow. The tenderloin runs along both sides of the cow's spine, and the psoas major is the ends closer to the head of the cow.
The T-Bone is cut from the short loin, and actually has two different steaks attached to the bone. On the long side is the strip. If you would take that strip and cut it away from the bone, you would have Rube's New York Strip. On the smaller side of the T-bone is the tenderloin.
